Vietnamese Home Cooking Class

What this is

This one isn't mine either. A home cook in District 4 runs it from their own kitchen, river view included, and I send guests their way because the class holds up every time. Three dishes, about three hours, taught in English and Vietnamese depending on who's in the room.

What to expect

Hands in the food the whole time, not just watching. Up to eight guests at once, and kids from age 5 are welcome too, so it works for families. Dietary needs get worked around, just say what you need when you message.

There's an optional market trip before class, for an extra fee, if you want to see where the ingredients come from before you cook them.
